Betting Review & Available Markets
In my experience Bet365 offer an extensive range of betting markets that extends across a wide range of sports from around the globe. There’s plenty of betting to enjoy on all the popular sports… such as golf, tennis, soccer, horse racing while the site also carries betting on a number of sports popular elsewhere around the world such as America, Ireland and Australia.
Compared to other betting sites, Bet365 carries as wide a range as most of different sports to bet on, plus there are a diverse range of markets and events to bet on for each sport available too. In short, Bet365 offers one of the best ranges of sports and the widest range of bets available on each sport, that you will find out of all online bookmaking sites.
Bet365 Football Betting
I’ve found, slightly annoyingly, that football betting is listed under the ‘Soccer’ tab in the A-Z list on the left hand side of the screen, or by clicking on the Soccer icon on the mobile app (why a UK company is using the term Soccer I’ll never know).
I’m a big fan of how Bet365 uses coupons to organise its different soccer bets, this makes navigation so easy. Organsition of the site is good – clicking on a competition, for example English Premier League, brings up a list of games for that competition taking place in the near future. You can see odds available on these games for the Match Result market, plus other bets available on each game are accessible by clicking on the tab on the far right of the screen.
A wide range of antepost bets on soccer are also available at the bottom of the page, such as which team will win the stated competition outright, who the top goalscorer will be and so on.
I’ve alaways found football odds are competitive at Bet365 and the range of markets and bets per market outstanding.

Another big plus about football betting at Bet365 is the fact they have a number of detailed football statistics available for punters to help inform their decision making.
I accessed these easily by just clicking the bar graph logo associated with the game in question. This is the type of thing you’ll find:
- Head to head records
- Current form
- League position
- Previous results
- Previous odds
- Upcoming fixtures & odds
- Top goalscorers
- Players with top assists
- Over/Under stats & form
- League position graph
As you can see pretty comprehensive coverage which includes the majority of info most punters will be looking for. Maybe slightly lacking in detail, it would be nice to see some booking stats and referee info in there, but all in well laid out and detailed.
Bet365 Horse Racing Betting
I’m also impressed with the extensive horse racing section which is easy to locate in the A-Z listing on the left hand side of the screen (when I was using dekstop version of the website).
After clicking on the Horse Racing tab I was presented with a list of different betting options including the top coupons of the day, the next three races being run in chronological order, plus the list of race meetings taking place in the UK and Ireland. There was even a section on Virtual horse racing if you are interested in this form of betting.
Getting odds on any race was easy – simply clicking on the time for each race brought up a list of runners and you can also access additional information about each horse by clicking on the ‘Information’ tab in the ‘Form’ section. Getting bets on was also dead simple – I just clicked on the odds to add any selection to my bet slip. Options for Forecast and Tricast betting were shown at the foot of the page, while if I added multiple selections to my bet slip, multiple bet options also appeared automatically on the slip (it’s very very easy).
Open a bet365 account today (T&C’s apply, 18+) – their horse racing section is top notch!
Horse Racing Stats
As well as the wide range of markets and odds I found on racing at Bet365 I’m also impressed with the detailed horse racing stats on runners and riders provided
To find this info for all races I just hit the ‘Show Info’ link and from there got a detailed racecard which included info like:
- Last Ran
- Previous Odds
- Current Odds
- Racing Post Spotlight
- Previous Race Videos
I’m also all over the fact you can watch previous races in this section and it’s nice to see the Racing Post spotlight included as well. It would be nice to see more detailed for info but aside from that pretty much every you need, and would expect, is present. You’ll struggle to find better outside a dedicated racing website.
In my opinion Bet365 offers a superb live streaming service that is amongst the very best available in the UK. I just clicked the ‘Live Streaming’ tab on the right hand side of their home screen to bring up a list of events that are being live streamed now on the Bet365 site.
Furthermore, a click on the ‘Schedule’ option on this pop up to allowed me to view a list of scheduled sporting events that will be shown live on Bet365 Sport over the coming days. I could filter this list by sporting event or date to help find events that I would like to watch via the live streaming service – very intuative, simple yet effective.
The list of sports that Bet365 typically streams includes things like: Tennis, Soccer, Bowls, Snooker, Badminton, Table Tennis, Volleyball, Ice Hockey, Basketball, Handball and Cricket.
Too see the full schedule open a Bet365 account today (T&C’s apply, 18+) and go to Bet365 and select ‘Live Streaming’ from the menu.
Geo restrictions apply. You must have a bet on the event, a funded account or placed a bet in the last 24 hours to watch streams.
How To Watch: Criteria
To watch any live stream I fond I needed to have a credit balance account with Bet365 or to have placed a bet within the preceding 24 hour period – seems pretty resonable.
Furthermore, if I placeed a bet of £0.50 or more on any horse race taking place in UK or Ireland I could watch a live stream of that race from my Bet365 account, either on mobile or via desktop (for most races).

Bet365 Mobile App Review
In my opinion Bet365 offers a very good mobile service for customers that want to access their accounts via a wide range of smartphones and tablet devices. I found both downloadable apps available for Android and iOS devices (direct from the Bet365 site), or alternatively, I used my devices mobile browser to log in to the Bet365 Mobile site.
Many different types of smartphones and tablets, including those with operating systems not listed, can access Bet365 via a browser.
What’s good about the Bet365 Sport app?
I’ve been an account holder with Bet365 for years and over that time the Bet365 Sport app has been regularly updated with fixes and improvements to bring you all the top betting available on the site on the go – it’s annoying when apps don’t work as they should so props to Bet365 here. I’ve always been able to access all the same bets and markets that I could on the standard site and furthermore, live streaming works via my app as well.
In-Play betting is also good on the app showing odds and bets across a wide range of events. Betting with the app is extremely simple, as easy as placing a bet on the website, if not easier.
What’s not so great about the Bet365 Sport app?
In truth, there is very little wrong with the Bet365 Sport app. Regular updates and a simple to follow menu-driven system means finding and placing bets is very easy. Due to the size of the menus, it is easier to use on tablets rather than smartphones, but that is true of all mobile apps and not an issue specific to Bet365 per se.

To find all the available customer support details on Bet365 Sport, I simply clicked on the ‘Services’ tab and then clicked on the ‘Help’ section.
This loaded up a Help menu which I found can easily be navigated through a series of tabs. There are a number of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) here which explain some of the more common customer queries, while you can also find sections on things like; Payments, Technical Issues, Rules, Responsible Gambling and Contacting.
I’ve used three different types of support at Bet365 in the past, here’s how it worked out:
Chat – I’ve used the instant chat service available at Bet365 when I’ve needed a quick response to a question. Response and wait time here has always been low in my experience and quality of service high. In my opinion this is certainly the quickest and probably the most expedient way to resolve any customer service issues.
Email – I’ve used the email support a few times in the past when I’ve not been in a position to open live chat. Response times are good but obviously not as quick as going via live chat.
Telephone – I’ve also tested the Bet365 customer services support helpline which was free to phone. Again in my experience wait times are usually very low but can increase over busy periods such as weekend.
One thing that is certainly true when using the Bet365 Customer Support service is that you receive an excellent service regardless of which of the three options you choose to use. The Customer Services representatives are polite, courteous and generally resolve any issues you may have quickly and efficiently and it is rare that I’ve needed to contact customer services again for a second time about the same issue.
As a welcome offer Bet365 are offering all new customers their bet credits deal – you can get your hands on up to £100 in bet credits when you join and here’s how I did it when I joined:
- First I went to the Bet365 website to open an account!
- I then tapped the ‘Join Now’ button and filled out my personal details.
- Using my debit card I funded my account with £100 (bonus works with smaller deposits also).
- Placed bets with them until the total amount I has bet was £100 (make sure odds of these bets are 1.2 or bigger or they won’t count).
- This released my £100 in bet credits which I used to bet with and any winnings were available to cash out instantly – you can’t withdraw the credits themselves though.
Not a bad deal I’d say… if you want to get your hands on it then hit the button below and off you go:
Positive Points – An outstanding site, with industry leading live betting, live streaming, betting services, promotions and offers. Easy to navigate, excellent customer services and a track record of providing customers with an excellent, easy to use and reliable service.
What needs to be Improved? – Bet365 do not offer many short term betting promotions, instead preferring longer term offers. A few short term offers, particularly for major sporting events, would be very appealing to punters who want better value on particular bets and events.
Do be on the lookout for emails from them though as in the past I’ve had various one time offers sent using this method.
